1. What this Disclaimer covers

This Disclaimer applies to the free, public content we produce, including:

• the Charity Leaders Catalyst Show (podcast and video episodes);
• social media posts and videos;
• newsletters, emails, and free downloadable resources.

It does not cover:

• paid services and engagements (covered by our Terms of Service);
• digital products sold through our products store (covered by our Terms of Service);
• how we handle personal data (covered by our Privacy Policy);
• data processing on behalf of clients (covered by a separate Data Processing Agreement).

2. Educational content, not advice

The Charity Leaders Catalyst Show and other content often features guests, interviews, and external contributors. The views, opinions, and experiences they share are their own. They do not necessarily reflect the views of Evolve Catalyst, and we don’t formally endorse everything our guests say.

We use artificial intelligence tools to support how we work – including for drafting, research, editorial work, and producing templates and educational resources. AI helps us spend more time on the support that genuinely needs human expertise.

Two commitments on how we use AI:

• Human review: all AI-assisted content is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it is published or shared. We don’t release AI-generated content to clients or the public without a human checking it first.
• Confidentiality: we do not input client personal data or confidential information into AI tools without prior agreement. This applies to both paid engagements and content we produce based on conversations with clients or guests.

7. Our liability for this content

We take care over what we publish, but the content covered by this Disclaimer is free, general, and not tailored to your situation. You use it at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve Catalyst is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content covered by this Disclaimer. This includes loss of revenue, donations, opportunity, or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law.

If you have a paid engagement with us, our liability for that engagement is governed by our Terms of Service, not this Disclaimer.
